Getting Arty Farty

After a long hesitation, I decided to catch Return of the V, since I already missed out the V Conference last year.
Did what I mention sounded wrong? Okay, this poster shall explain it all.
It is actually a show done by Irene Ang and Chua Enlai. I must say it was really good, very entertaining. A lot of laughter involved. Hope they will do a continuation next year, I will be looking forward to it.
But I found the ticket a little expensive for the quality I get in return. Because the venue was at Movida (St James Power Station), it was a free seating / standing show. I didn't really get to see much, maybe about 40%? (Fine, because I arrive on the dot, can't really get a good view). And I found the show a little too short. It was stated about 1hr 45mins, but turn out to be only 1hour. The duration was a little disappointing, thought they could a slightly longer show, maybe around 1.5hours.
And.... I AM SO EXCITED THAT CATS IS FINALLY COMING TO SINGAPORE next year!!! After a really looooooong wait, and missing it twice when I was in Korea twice, and didn't know about they had a performance in Malaysia....
Okay, getting naggy. But hope you got my point on how DESPERATE I am to catch CATS. So to CATS lovers out there, THE TICKET SALE IS ALREADY ON! Get you tickets now (there is a early bird discount)! And students, it is $50 for ALL CATEGORIES!
So what are you waiting for? BUY NOW! (They didn't pay me to advertise la, but I REALLY LOVE CATS!) I have already gotten mine, a good half a year in advance. I have beaten my Phantom of the Opera's record, which I got the tickets 3 months in advance.
With CATS coming, means that I get to buy my CATS cd! I have been trying to looks for the complete recording CATS cd, but it is soooo difficult to find in Singapore. All those I have seen are just selected tracks. I even asked my friend to find it when he was in UK. Yes he found it, but it was crazily expensive, and would be more worth it to order from amazon. Yes yes, procastination, didn't order in the end. But it's okay! I can get it next year! I will make sure I go early for the show and buy the booklet and cd before that.
My sister suggested going to Taipei during New Year. Cooling weather means I get to wear all my beautiful spring clothes!!!
