Though she is a material girl, she is also a plain jane. She may be a party animal. But all she wants, is to be loved and cared.
Yesterday night we went to Colbar (it is a pretty nice place actually, close to nature feel). You can either park at Temasek Club, which is proper carpark, or along the road.
Along the road = parallel parking. As many people know, I have (a very big) problem with parallel parking. So according to someone (a man), his hypothesis is...it is just a "woman driver" problem. That is so typical men drivers, he even make me prove his hypothesis! haA~
Well, with regards to this hypothesis of women drivers, I think it is total crap. Come on, there are lots of women out there who can drive very well, and of course there is a bunch of men out there who can't parallel park too! So this hypothesis is proven to be so totally wrong.
But the point about typical men drivers is definitely not a hypothesis. It is true. Look how many men out there who are sexist and think that if there is a stupid accident, it is probably a woman driver.
Honestly, I don't like to be labelled a "woman driver". It makes me feel like a blonde, looks good on the outside but brainless. Although I don't like to be labelled as one, I actually don't particularly enjoy driving either. Well, maybe the 2 scenarios will help you understand:
Scenario 1: I drive my car vs. having a lady driver to give me a ride.
I choose the former. If I am going to get a ride from a lady, I rather be the one doing the driving.
Scenario 2: I drive my car vs. having a man driver to give me a ride.
The answer is clear, I will definitely go for the latter. Hey mind you, this doesn't mean I support the "woman driver" hypothesis.
My hypothesis is, cars are the big boys' toys. Women shouldn't interfere too much in this field. Oh come on, pity the boys, they don't have as much toys as the women have. And the most important thing (which I will repeat a thousand million times), men look so sexy when they take the wheels (okay, I think I just boasted the mens' ego by like 100000%). Don't believe me, next time take the front passenger seat when a man drives. Of course you don't choose those who just got their license.
I think my point is clear. So men out there, stop calling us the "women drivers"!. I personally preferred to be called, a (sexy) lady driver. :p
