Post Exam Celebration Part 1

Yes, once again, exams are over. As usual, immediately after the last paper we will go for a feast. This year, exam ended late in the evening (7.30pm), so we chose to dine at Jurong Point.
We ate at the Hong Kong style Crystal Jade. We noticed that they had set menus, so we order one for 10 people, although we only have 8.

This is the spread of food that we ate.
From the top left clockwise, we had sharksfin soup, chicken, this egg dish, roasted meat platter, fried rice and claypot prawn with vermicilli. I think I didn't take the picture of a few more dishes. This cost about $35 / person (for 8).
The sharksfin is not bad. But I still miss the Ritz Carlton one. haA~. The chicken is very delicious! And the roasted meat, the proportion of fats and meat is perfect, very chewy, as the chinese saying "fei er bu ni (肥而不腻)".
This is part 1 of the installation. Next is tonight Universities Pageant at Ministry of Sound. After that will be our Beaufort Sentosa trip. I can't wait to stay in the family suite!
