1. KFC
That day we were at Sentosa, and we were staying at Beaufort hotel. We wanted to order KFC, so we called to verify with them whether they can deliver all the way into the hotel. The person told us yes, they do deliever to the hotel. And when we ordered, we even stated our hotel and room number, and reminded them again it is in Sentosa. They proceeded with our orders.
However, the despatch centre called and say they cannot deliver into Sentosa and requested that we wait at the gateway for them. Starting to feel pissed.
When we questioned why they can't deliver in when they promised they could, the person in a very rude tone, "Do you still want your order?!" Fine, we decided to meet the rider at the gateway. They said they will be there in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they called and say they are on the way.
My friend was so pissed that he just told the person that we don't want the order anymore and just hang up the phone. Later on we called McDonalds and they said they cannot deliver. We check with the staffs at the gateway and confirmed that the riders are not allowed into Sentosa.

Then we called back KFC and complained about this. The person merely said sorry and even ask "anything else?". Talking about improving the service standard of Singapore, the behaviour of the staffs at KFC is so unprofessional.

2. Some of my committee members
This period is the Inter-hall games. As a new hall, we lack new players and helpers. We can only depend on the JCRC members to help one another. However, there are just some of them that just MIA. Even better, someone changed their handphone no. without informing us! We call and message her, but she doesn't pick up the phone and also doesn't reply the messages. How irresponsible of these kind of people.
