I am so hooked on reading Harry Potter...seems abit late but nevertheless...
Yesterday we went to catch Twist of Fate...Firstly, I was late for the show...When I was queueing for taxi, I cannot believe my luck...when it was my turn, we waited very long for next taxi to come...*faint*
Luckily my friends left the ticket at the counter...if not I guess I might hv to wait till the interval...
So I missed the first part...n maybe becoz of tt I felt tt the first half of the show wasn't fantastic...I was thinking tt this show isn't very nice after all...until the 2nd half...it was very gd...the music sounds better n the story line is much interesting...(n funny)...Overall, it is a pretty nice musical...
And Forbidden City is coming next year! Sept 2006 to be exact...still a long wait though...I missed the previous one...I must go for this coming one!
After watching the musical, I went to join my friends for dinner...then we went to this place call Settlers..it is a cafe where you can play all sorts of game...from Uno to games tt u hv not heard b4...it was really fun...there was 10 of us..n it was quite funny when all of us played something like heart attack...lol...then nearing when they were closing shop, the assistant even hv fun watching us playing something like speed...it was DAMM funny...becoz it was like 1 am n no one's brain was functioning...
Nice place, should go there often...can play game...can chit chat...can eat...
Then we went to find some place for supper...it was like 230am...in the end we walk fr clarke quay to city hall area...where we ate at the Kopitiam...then we took cab home...
Then during the interval of the musical, Joanne told us tt Nick is out of Star Idol...lol...We are like kind of bad...coz we hv been speculating how long he will stay in the show...Well, it kind of shock us tt he got out during the 1st round..we didn't expect him to be eliminated so quickly, although we nv tot he would win...
