Y is the working world so fake?
Good example is my finance manager...outside work (in front of other pple esp) she like very friendly with you, joke with u blah blah...but when it comes to work, she treats u like shit...as if u r transparent...
According to my other colleagues, the reason y the previous accounts assistant left so quickly is partly becoz of the attitude the manager give...which I totally agree...
At the beginning she treats u quite well...will ask u any problems or not...very friendly and approachable...after a while (esp when the 2nd accounts assistant comes), she treats u like shit, as if u r not present...
Seriously I wonder wat will happen when the new accounts girl come...how will she treat the current perm staff tt just came for 2 weeks?
Of course I didn't tell her the fact that many accounts assistant came n quit within a short period of time before her...just let her find out for herself...
And then there is another colleague...personally i find perhaps a pretty nice person..just tt she doesn't act her age..she is pretty old but she think she is like 18 years old or something...n like other say, if she doesn't hv a car (got car got lunch partner), she wouldn't hv any friends in the company (which I partially agree)...but I think she is not too bad a person...
Sigh, such a small company, with about 70++ staffs, and yet there is so many conflicts...see behind pple's back will complain or say something...but in front of them hv to act friendly (at least)...

What about me? I take things naturally... happy-go-lucky...don't think too much...just treat everyone with a friendly heart...
