My company pple are organising a bbq at one of the manager's house...although me only temp but they also called me along...on the 16th July...I was wondering whether to go or not...coz I would just be back from camp...and it is kinda weird if I go...coz by that time I will no longer be with the company ba...
I was thinking it will be nice to see some of the colleagues again...but then again, most of them I not very close with also...would be rather weird...
Ah, finally...probably the 2nd last week of work...but then I am growing to like the pple around me...Esp the 2 pple in front n behind me...well, coz we are like in one corner and the only pple to talk to will be them..and with Jaq it seems more fun...really ah...3 women makes a crowd (or market)... but then the impression of my manager still not really changed...
Today Jaq mentioned tt another manager looks very stern, while our finance one look more friendly...inside me I was thinking...well, maybe u don't know some things...will you grow to find out abt it?
I was thinking when I leave should I tell her more about what happen? Should I voice out my opinions to GM if I ever have the chance?
If I was given the chance (n courage) to, I would really tell him to reflect on how the managers are treating their staffs...I mean look at it...In such a short period of them, many pple quit...I am sure there is a reason y they no longer wan to work for the company...Is it because the company's policy is bad? Or issit the relationship in the office? Issit becoz of the attitude/ behaviour/ character of the employees? Shouldn't they reflect on what is going on? Personally I think the company's welfare and environment is pretty good...well, other things I based on what I hear n feel...
Seriously hope my last day will be on the 1st July...or maybe even on the 30th June...just hope my last day will come soon...
