Today went for the NTU science school visit...I must say the school is huge and beautiful, I truely love their facilities alot. In fact, overall the school is a nice one, in terms of the lecturers and the way they make you feel so much at home. Their vice deans and lecturers are really nice and funny pple, they do come out with some really funny quotes, really nice pple to approach. The experience there was great, very great. It feels very homely, like a big family, really. So I am quite glad that I choose them instead. Their cohort is also is relatively small also, as compared to NUS, so the vice dean knows like everyone.
The only setback I think is the pple you have to study with. Joyce, Zt, rosanne and me all feel that many of the others are like of "other species" of pple, as in we feel weird. We can't explain it, but they just seem to be those that we can't click with, not out type of pple. I was telling joyce that how are we going to survive in this kind of environment, and probably we will just be sticking to one another. Another thing good is that we don't have to attend tutorials, so we can just jump around classes even though we are not in the same class. So probably most of the time I will just try to stick around with Joyce pretty much, that is if she super confirm joining NTU also. Sigh...kind of like culture shock there, I really don't know how to survive if no one I know is in the same school as me. I will probably die. I love the environment there, love the staffs, but only thing is the prospective classmates...Really have to see how it goes when term starts...
